Three Myths About Hair Loss

Male pattern baldness can be a frustrating and embarrassing problem for many men. As a result, they tend to spend a lot of time reading everything they can about the condition and a lot of money on products that promise to reduce or replace hair loss.

However, much of the information out there is contradictory, confusing, or completely wrong. In order to treat the condition, it is important to first understand the myths about it and the truth behind them.

There are many causes of hair loss. The first myth about male pattern baldness is that this type of hair loss can be triggered by medication, stress, or wearing the hair in a ponytail. However, although these things can lead to losing some hair, the loss associated with it is temporary. Once the person’s stress level is reduced, they stop taking the medication, or they style their hair differently, their hair will return to normal.

Pattern loss, on the other hand, is caused by hormones and genetics. Men who are predisposed to it have hair follicles which, over time, become overly sensitive to the androgens in their body, thus causing the body to reject them. This loss is much more permanent than other types and not nearly as easy to treat.

The second thing that many people tell victims of male pattern baldness is that their product will regrow hair in areas where it is completely non-existent. Many men accept this myth readily, because they want to believe that it is possible to reverse their hair loss. Unfortunately, however, it is not entirely correct. Hair, for the most part, can only be thickened in areas where it is still growing. Bald patches on the scalp, where the skin is completely smooth and hairless, usually cannot be helped. However, since most men suffering from baldness have a combination of slick skin and bald patches, they can still benefit from getting on a hair loss treatment plan.

Lastly, many men believe that any hair loss product out there will work for male pattern baldness. This is a myth as well. Because these men are losing their hair due to hormones, there are only two kinds of products that can treat their hair loss problem. These include hormone blockers, which keep the hormones from reaching those sensitive hair follicles, and growth stimulants, which help the hair to continue growing in spite of the hormone sensitivity. Anything else may work for people suffering from other types of baldness, but it will not be effective for male pattern baldness.

Now that you understand these myths, you can be sure not to fall victim to them. It can be tempting to purchase every product that sounds like it would work, but do not waste your money on anything that claims any of these myths to be true.

Micro Needling

Strechmarks

Microneedling Rollers

Previously Skin Needling has been a dear method requiring you to see a specialst regularly; however Skin Needling is now a regular procedure in a lot of normal house holds. The Derma Roller is a simple device with many gama sterilized microscopic needles which, as they are rolled over the skin, gently part the pores of the top layer of skin and trigger the healing process increasing the production of collagen and elastin.

Collagen is necessary for skin to heal to a cosmetic level

It is the production of this extra collagen and elastin that makes all the difference, the main cause of the development of skin problems such as stretch marks and scars is there is a lack of collagen and elastin in the skin, when this is replaced the skin returns to its original state. When an injury occurs, such as a puncture, the skin repairs itself enough to stay healthy; however the skin doesn’t heal to a satisfactory level.

For scarring, stretchmarks and facial wrinkles to be removed or reduced, the skin needs to believe that there is reason to begin healing and produce more collagen and elastin, using a Derma-roller achieves this by carefully opeing the pores of the epidermis giving the impression of a trauma on the skin and needing to be repaired. Repeating the process of Skin Needling will make sure that you skin heals itself to a cosmetic level.

Is Micro Needling the best option?

Compared to other treatments (and when done at home), Skin Needling is far cheaper and more effective then treatments such as only using creams because the skin takes in only a tiny percentage of creams applied, however when applied within an hour of using the Dermaroller the creams are absorbed significantly better as the pores are open.

Microneedling can be used to remove a range of skin conditions; Stretch marks, Cellulite, Wrinkles, pitted skin, acne scars, surgery scars, scars, crow’s feet etc

Don’t Miss This! No More Menopause!

Allopathic Medicine May Well Be Mistaken!

The position that the reason for all the menopause symptoms is due to an imbalance of hormones is a superficial perspective and deserves a deeper look. Menopause symptoms may include:

  • hot flashes
  • irregular periods
  • vaginal & urinary changes
  • sleep disturbances
  • feeling overwhelmed
  • weight gain
  • loss of desire
  • craving: sweet carbs, alcohol
  • minor to major depression
  • hair loss
  • ear ringing
  • headaches
  • bloating, nausea
  • worsening allergies
  • bone density loss
  • changes in breath & body odor
  • decreased fertility
  • night sweats
  • changes in appearance
  • fatigue
  • vaginal dryness
  • irritability
  • constipation/diarrhea
  • anxiety/palpitations
  • memory problems & fuzzy thinking
  • fibroids
  • aching joints
  • changes in menstruation
  • changes in sexual desire or function
  • mood swings
  • hair loss/thinning
  • Skin changes

Are these symptoms tied to deficiency of hormones? Could it be systemic? The whole body is may be suffering from top to bottom.

ANOTHER PROPOSAL - UNDERLYING CAUSE:

Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective: Menopause is considered a deficiency condition of the liver and qi (life force). When the blood and energy quality is depleted and contaminated then all of the organs cannot complete their tasks. This condition causes the liver to overheat which rises through the body, wreaking havoc in its path. The heart, lungs, digestion, glands, throat, mouth & teeth, nose, eyes, ears, brain, skin and hair become heated and dried resulting in the symptoms, listed above. In addition, the liver does not filter the blood where it becomes sluggish and clotted.

Because the body is deficient of essential body energy and quality filtered blood, then the glands do not perform normally. Their emission may be intermittent or non- secreting overall. while the blood is cleansed, usually enriched, then all the body’s organs advance. Progressively, the energy returns and body functionality re-stabilizes. The glandular functions, secrete once again, assisting the body in its healthy function.

The body is not deficient of hormones. The blood is clogged like sludge. Glands are not receiving/transmitting essential messages, timely and/or minimally!

Then why do we add or give more hormones. Doesn’t that risk an overload of hormones? Recall when you were a teenager and your hormones were extremely revved. We don’t want to risk going through that again. We have sufficient hormones. If we nourish our blood, exercise, sleep, manage stress, etc. our hormones come back and supports increased balance.

So if Chinese medicine knows the problem, then what is their answer to this to this deficiency? View underneath.

What Restores Normal Hormone Function?

Chinese Medicine Has Had An Answer for this for More Than a 1000 Years!
