Reece Witherspoons Baby Food Diet

The word in Hollywood, and doing the rounds in the A-list gossip columns is that eating small portion of baby food instead of regular meals can help drop fat fast, and keep it off?

The thing is, its so popular right now with Hollywood stars, that its become somewhat of a fad with those who follow the examples of the beautifully skinny stars of today.

Marcia Cross, Reece Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston are only a few of the stars who claim the baby food diet is their own secret to slim success, that lasts long term and is safe as recommended by their diet doctors.

So why would babies food be so great? The reasons are easy to understand and make a lot of common sense when you look at them:

  • Baby food is bursting with essential vitimans that the human body needs.
  • Baby Food is non complex, has no GM if its any good, and is free from sugars and salts.
  • Baby Food is made from fruits and veges that are wholesome and yummy.
  • Baby food is designed to be very easily digested, for young tummies, which means its digestive system friendly.
  • Baby food can be made at home with ease
  • Baby food is cheap to buy and is available in a huge range of flavours.
  • Baby food is easy to take with you to work or sports, in the little jars and puches it comes in.
  • Fresh baby food is really tasty and fun to eat

The responses we get, and our experience shows the baby food diet is a great way to keep a trim body, and maintain a healthy balance.

One common query however is when people say “Thats great, but they are slim to begin with, will it work if im overweight already?”?”

Ways to Lose Weight - Are There Any Easy Ways to Lose Weight?

Are there any easy methods to lose weight? It’s common knowledge that diet, lowering food intake, and exercise, increasing calories burned, work together as a formula for losing weight. But sticking to the diet is the hard part. It won’t be 100% simple, but with a little work it sure is possible. Here are some tricks to make it easier.

Keep a daily log of everything that passes your lips. Keeping notes will help you eat less. Studies show that people eat 15% less when they track everything they eat. That’s significant.

The average American consumes an additional 245 calories per day just from drinks. Make the switch to zero calorie water. 245 calories a day add up to 90,000 calories per year. That’s 25 pounds. Water isn’t that bad, is it? Another fact is that despite their calories, drinks like soda and juice don’t trigger a feeling of fullness the way foods do.

Grazing, eating more smaller meals during the day rather than a few large meals, is another way to drop weight. Eating more meals with smaller portions results in eating 30% fewer calories. Furthermore, even the same number of calories eaten in smaller portions during more frequent meals can result in weight loss. You’re less likely to binge because the body releases less insulin.

Make sure your wardrobe only includes the “skinny” clothes. If you don’t have clothes that are comfortable when you’re heavier, you’re more likely to be reminded to keep the weight off every time you dress. And if you have to buy a whole new wardrobe you’re less likely to gain weight.

Use smaller plates. It’s been proven that people eat more when more food is in front of them, and they eat less when less food is available. Use the salad plates instead of dinner plates.

Try serving meals on the plate, restaurant style, rather than in bowls and on trays. Again, people tend to eat what’s in front of them.

Don’t eat white bread, sugar or white rice. Those foods are loaded with carbohydrates which lead to higher blood sugar and weight gain. Do eat whole grain breads and brown rice. Don’t worry about the sugar, pretty soon you won’t miss it.

There are a lot of other tips for easy ways to lose weight. Don’t be intimidated if it’s only easier instead of really easy. If weight loss were easy, everyone would be a supermodel.
