intensity, with short rest periods, with focus on working the largest muscle groups of the body, rather than
specific smaller muscles like the biceps, triceps, or abs. Working the bigger muscles hard will boost your
metabolic rate significantly.
When it comes to frequency, you should not
perform muscle building exercises more than once or twice a week, particularly when using high intensity
exercises. Allow your muscles time to recover and grow before breaking them down again. Less
frequent weight training with higher intensity will burn more fat and grow your muscles much quicker than doing
